By downloading, installing or using Ridoze ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy.
Ridoze is a convenience tool, not a safety system. It does not make riding safe, and it must never be relied on in an emergency. You alone are responsible for how you ride, the route you take, and your own safety and that of others.
Ridoze helps a group of riders coordinate: see one another on a map during a ride, chat, talk over group voice calls, plan a route, and share an emergency alert with their group. It is an information and communication tool only.
Routes, maps, distances, estimated times and place search results are supplied by third-party mapping services (Google Maps Platform). Ridoze simply displays what those services return.
We do not create, verify or control this data. It can be incomplete, outdated or wrong — a road may be closed, one-way, under construction, restricted to certain vehicles, unsafe, flooded, or unsuitable for a motorcycle. Estimated arrival times are estimates only.
You must use your own judgement and obey real-world road signs and conditions at all times. Never follow a route instruction that conflicts with traffic law, road signage or safe riding. We accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, damage, fine or delay arising from following, or failing to follow, a suggested route.
Live tracking depends on GPS, your device, battery level, mobile data coverage and our servers. Any of these can fail. Positions may be delayed, inaccurate, or missing entirely — GPS is unreliable in tunnels, underground parking, dense urban areas and bad weather.
Features such as the Lost Rider alert may therefore fire late, fire incorrectly, or not fire at all. Do not rely on the map to know whether a rider is safe.
The in-app SOS alert only notifies members of your group through the internet. It is NOT connected to police, ambulance, rescue or any emergency service, and it will not work without battery, mobile data or a working phone.
In a real emergency, always call your local emergency number first (in Pakistan: Rescue 1122 or Police 15). Never use Ridoze as a substitute for emergency services. We are not liable for any consequence of an SOS alert that is delayed, undelivered, unseen, or not acted upon.
Interacting with a phone while riding is dangerous and illegal in many places. Set up your ride before you move, mount your device securely, and use voice/audio features hands-free. You are solely responsible for any accident, injury, damage or penalty resulting from using a device while riding.
The Group Wallet feature records who paid what during a ride so a group can settle up. It does not process, hold or transfer any money. All actual payment between riders happens outside the app, and any disagreement about it is strictly between those riders.
The app depends on internet connectivity, our servers and third-party services (Google Firebase, Google Maps Platform, Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, ZegoCloud). Any of these may be interrupted, degraded, changed or discontinued.
We provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that tracking will continue for the whole of a ride, or that messages, calls or notifications will always be delivered. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
Riders on the free plan see ads served by Google AdMob. We do not choose, endorse or control the specific ads shown, or the products and websites they link to. Any dealing with an advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
You agree to hold Ridoze harmless from claims brought by third parties arising out of your use of the app, your riding, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
Using Ridoze also means using services governed by their own terms, including Google's Terms of Service and the Google Maps Platform Terms. Those providers' limitations apply to their portion of the service.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Ridoze after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
